NOTICE RE: COVID-19

To our valued Clients, Colleagues and Friends: 

  We are dedicated to the health and well-being of our clients, our employees, and our collective community.  Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, we are taking extra measures to ensure the safety of our personnel and our clients.  Consistent with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we have taken all necessary steps to help “flatten the curve” and prevent the spread of COVID-19, including strict health safety measures and social distancing.    

However, the landscape is ever-changing.  Therefore, effective March 17, 2020, we have implemented protocols to enable our lawyers and staff to work remotely with the same level of security and accessibility to systems as they would from our office.  Rest assured, our availability and the business of our clients will not be compromised or interrupted.

 For the time being, although you may certainly reach us by telephone at our main number, +1-512-478-6000, or individual extensions (available when calling the main number), you may find that electronic mail works best in the absence of urgency. Our Management Committee will continue to monitor events as they develop to assess our business and client service strategies and provide guidance to our attorneys and staff regarding actions they can take to stay well and ensure the wellness of those around them.
