David Greenberg grew up in Rockville Centre, New York and joined Cantilo & Bennett, L.L.P in 2009 as an Associate.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Vermont and received his J.D. and M.B.A. at the American University in Washington, D.C. 

Prior to joining Cantilo & Bennett, L.L.P., he was a member of the Investment Banking team at a regional broker-dealer where he participated in a wide variety of corporate finance transactions including debt and equity capital raising.  Mr. Greenberg also worked as a corporate attorney for a boutique law firm, providing general counsel services for emerging businesses and advising clients on corporate structures, contracts and private equity transactions.
